首先我们需要判断为什么会出现这个问题，上次正常使用电脑的时候有没有安装什么软件、硬件？或更改系统引导设置？用户描述详细的资料才有利于工程师判断故障的原因。

一般的可能原因：

1.新安装的软件和系统错误
2.检查是否启动文件受损
3.检查ntoskrnl.exe
4.检查系统硬件，特别是硬盘是否有坏道。

如果排除硬件问题，如硬盘坏道。则可以使用以下的方法修复：
如果有系统安装光盘，就从光盘启动，进入到故障恢复控制台：
1. 将 Windows XP 安装光盘插入 CD 驱动器或 DVD 驱动器中，然后重新启动计算机。
    当屏幕上出现以下消息时，按任意键，从 Windows XP 安装光盘启动计算机：按任意键从安装光盘启动
2. 当屏幕上出现以下消息时，请按 R，启动故障恢复控制台：
    这部分安装程序准备在计算机上运行 Microsoft Windows XP
3. 按 1 以通过故障恢复控制台访问主驱动器安装。
4. 按照提示，键入管理员密码。如果您没有设置管理员密码，请按 Enter 继续。
5. 键入 CD-ROM 驱动器的驱动器号，并后跟冒号（例如，“D:”），然后按 Enter。
6. 键入 cd i386，然后按 Enter。
7. 键入下列命令，燃后按 Enter：
    expand ntoskrnl.ex_ C:\Windwos\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
8. 键入 Exit，然后按 Enter 以重新启动计算机。

或者也可以通过WinPE（ERD）光盘启动系统，然后从其他计算机上将C:\Windows\System32文件夹下的ntoskrnl.exe文件复制到自己计算机的相同目录下，重新启动。
