How to Compress Excel pictures and reduce size
How to compress inserted pictures, so can reduce the office file size?

For Office 2007:
1. Click a picture.
2. Click Format
3. Click compress Pictures
4. Click OK.
For Office 2003:
- Select one or more Pictures in a file.
- On the Picture toolbar, click Compress Picture
.
. Note If you do not see the Picture toolbar, point to View, then point to Toolbars, and then click Picture.
- Select the options you want.
Note Selecting the Delete cropped areas of pictures check box discards the parts of the picture that were hidden during cropping.
